Privacy notice
How this website collects, uses and protects personal information.
Who we are
This website is operated by EngineSpire Technologies Inc. (“EngineSpire”, “we”). This notice explains what personal information the website collects, why, and how it is protected. It covers this website and the requests sent through it.
Information you give us
When you request a consultation, a quotation or a site visit, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number, organization, job title, the services and locations involved, and your project description. For site visits we also collect the requested dates and time window, the site address and any access notes. We record when you agreed to this notice and which page the request came from.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange any consultation, quotation or site visit you asked for.
- To prepare proposals and keep a record of what was discussed and agreed.
- To protect the website and our systems against misuse, for example by limiting repeated submissions.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use request details for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Requests are stored in the website's database and can be viewed only by EngineSpire staff whose account role allows it. Notification emails about new requests go to internal addresses chosen by EngineSpire. Providers that host the website or deliver its email process the data on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
The administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie. Public pages use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and whether requests are sent. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep request records only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting engagement and meet legal and accounting obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
How it is protected
The administration area requires a password and supports two-step verification. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, mail-server passwords and authenticator secrets are encrypted, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask to be informed about and to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, and to have it erased or blocked where the law allows. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
