Before the visit
Is my requested date confirmed when I send the form?
No. The date you choose is a preference. We check availability and confirm the date, time and scope with you before the visit is booked.
What should we prepare?
Floor plans if you have them, access to server or network rooms, a contact person who knows the site, and a list of known problems.
How long will the visit take?
You choose an expected duration when you request the visit. We adjust it when we confirm, based on the size of the site and what the visit should cover.
