Websites and applications built to be maintained
We design and build digital products around the tasks your customers and staff need to complete, on technology your organization can support, secure and change after launch.
What a digital engagement covers
A website or portal is also infrastructure: hosting, security, integrations and the content workflow are scoped together with the design.
A good fit when
- Your website is slow, hard to update or does not explain what you offer.
- Customers email or call for information that a portal could show them directly.
- Staff re-enter orders or requests from the website into internal systems.
- You are starting to sell online or need a store connected to your inventory.
What the work covers
- Discovery: audiences, tasks, content inventory and success measures.
- Information architecture, content design and accessible interface design.
- Development of websites, portals and web applications with role-based access.
- E-commerce with payment gateway, inventory and order integration.
- APIs and integrations with CRM, ERP and other business systems.
- Hosting, backups, security headers, monitoring, consent-aware analytics and technical SEO.

Common questions
WordPress or a custom build?
It depends on what the site has to do and who will maintain it. WordPress and similar systems suit content-led sites with standard features; custom applications suit portals and workflows with specific logic. We recommend one after discovery.
How long does a corporate website take?
It depends mainly on how ready the content is and on the number of page types and integrations. Discovery produces a schedule based on your actual scope.
Can you connect our online store to our inventory system?
Usually, if the inventory or ERP system has an API or a supported export. We confirm the method during discovery, because it drives much of the effort.
Who owns the website and the code?
Ownership of code, content and accounts is agreed in the contract. We recommend registering domains, hosting and analytics accounts to your organization.
